Digital Product Sales
Because digital files are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.
Please review the product description and included file formats before purchasing to make sure the files are compatible with your software and equipment.
Problems With Your Files
If a purchased file is missing, corrupted, or has a technical issue with the original supplied file, please contact us so we can review the problem and provide assistance when appropriate.
Compatibility issues with a buyer's specific software, machine, controller, or cutting process do not constitute a return of the digital product. File formats included with each purchase are identified on the individual product listing.
Personalized Files
When personalization is offered with a design, one free personalization is included per eligible file purchase unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Personalized or customized digital files are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
Before Cutting
Our designs are created for CNC plasma and laser fabrication. Buyers are responsible for confirming that the design, dimensions, kerf, bridges, gaps, and other cutting characteristics are appropriate for their particular machine, material, and intended finished size before cutting. Scaling a design smaller than its original designed size may affect cut integrity.
Questions or File Issues
If you experience a problem with a purchased file, please contact Kismet Cut Ready DXF with your order information and a description of the issue. We will review legitimate file-delivery or original-file problems and work to resolve them when appropriate.
