These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Kismet Cut Ready DXF website and the purchase and use of our digital products.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Products sold by Kismet Cut Ready DXF are digital files delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless a listing specifically states otherwise. The file formats included with each purchase are identified in the individual product listing.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate order and contact information and to pay the price displayed at checkout. All digital product purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

FILE COMPATIBILITY AND FABRICATION

You are responsible for confirming that purchased files are compatible with your software, machine, controller, material, and fabrication process.

Before cutting or engraving, verify the dimensions, kerf, bridges, gaps, lead-ins, and overall cut integrity for your particular machine and material. Scaling a design smaller than its original designed size may affect cut integrity.

Kismet Cut Ready DXF is not responsible for material loss, failed cuts, machine settings, software incompatibility, or other fabrication results resulting from the buyer’s equipment, settings, modifications, or use of the files.

PERSONALIZATION

When personalization is offered, one free personalization is included per eligible file purchase unless the product listing states otherwise. Additional customization or design work may require an additional fee.

LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Purchasing a digital file does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design, or intellectual property.

You may use purchased files to create finished physical products for personal use or for sale unless a particular product listing states otherwise.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, copy, upload, sublicense, or otherwise provide the original digital files, modified digital files, or substantially similar digital versions of the designs to another person or business.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not use this website or its content for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the operation of the website, or use Kismet Cut Ready DXF content in a manner that violates these Terms.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Because our products are digital downloads, purchases are subject to the Return and Refund Policy published on this website. Digital products, including personalized and customized files, are generally non-returnable and non-refundable after purchase.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kismet Cut Ready DXF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the purchase, download, modification, fabrication, or use of our digital products.
