Kismet Cut Ready DXF sells digital download products. No physical product will be shipped.

Digital files are delivered electronically after purchase using the download method provided with your order.

There are no shipping charges, shipping times, or physical delivery requirements for digital products.

Please make sure the email address provided with your order is accurate and that you have access to it.

If you experience a problem accessing or downloading your purchased files, please contact Kismet Cut Ready DXF with your order information so we can assist you.

Custom or personalized digital files may require additional processing time before they are available. Any applicable turnaround information will be communicated with the order or during the customization process.
